This is an awesome book, filled with interesting material and well-explained theories. It goes right to the point of what evolution is all about and most of it's "whereabouts". Although complete, beginners will find it complex. That's way you should first get acquainted with other books and tecniques by Master Choa Kok Sui and even Leadbeater, the author himself.
You should probably read basic books first.
